Also history is about to repeat itself again, if you can recall Chelsea secured the move of Petr Czech from Rennes fc for a fee of 7 million pounds at age 22 and Czech won many trophies for Chelsea, now Mendy is on his way to Chelsea for a fee of 22 million pounds though he's 28 year old, but the move of Mendy to Chelsea is the hand work of Petr Czech who also has history with Rennes.
