England International has reportedly not showed up for training for the second time in a row.

The England International who was in the Euro's final has been absent from training for the second day and he is meant to return for training this week. Manchester City are interested in the Tottenham striker and willing to pay up to €110m. He made it known that he wants to leave the club and Manchester City who just lost Sergio Aguero to Barcelona and are looking to replace the Argentine with Kane this summer.
